At Alighieri, we believe in creating forever heirlooms. This piece is carved by hand, then cast in 100% recycled ecosilver a stone's throw from our studio in Hatton Garden. We source our recycled ecosilver from Cooksongold, our supplier of precious metals who are certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council. Our small, family-run caster has been our partner since the very inception of the brand - every step of our process is driven by human beings and their stories, from Dante to Rosh to our A-team... to you.

Your Alighieri order will be packed by hand, with love, and dispatched within 1-2 working days (unless it is personalised or made to order).

We are pleased to cover all taxes and duties on orders going to the EU and the United States. Regrettably, we are unable to cover taxes and duties for orders outside of these regions, and these will be your responsibility to pay.

This little medallion is a playful reminder to have the courage to take risks. Dante wrote the “Divine Comedy” in vernacular Italian in the 1300s, at a time when the language was not at all respected as written word. The poet’s daring courage to voyage through the terrifying circles of the Inferno was certainly a risk of epic proportions. The Roll of the Dice medallion features the silhouette of a lion on the back to protect you and bring you strength on your everyday adventures.
